The work

What you'll be doing

  • Handle inbound calls and email for the brokerage desk
  • Answer shipper and carrier queries
  • Chase documents and resolve billing questions
  • Escalate cleanly using the client's process
You'll need

What we're looking for

  • Fluent, clear spoken English
  • Comfortable on the phone with Americans
  • Night shift availability
  • Freight experience helpful
